Yogurt fruit salad has a unique taste (actually this formula is secret ^-^, but to give it for Zomzaa’s Fanclub). Yogurt, fruit salad is? It is milk, tofu but because I modified to reduce sweet and increase healthy more by using the milk instead.

Do not want to say that — the yogurt healthy recipe has been best selling especially during hot weather. I did not do a very long time ago, but my old customers call me how to made this healthy recipe for theirs 2nd income !

  • sweetened milk, 1 + ½ cup.
  • sweetened condensed milk 1 / 2 cup.
  • 1 tablespoon hot water.
  • gelatin powder 1 tsp.
  • powdered gelatin 2 tsp.
  • yogurt ; recommended fruit flavors  – most fragrant.
  • fruit salad from canned; more better if used the fresh fruit !

 

 

How to Cook Yogurt Fruit Salad

1) Prepare a pot/container for cooking, add milk and followed by sweetened condensed milk into the container.
2) Stir well and set aside for a moment.

3) Put powdered gelatin in a bowl with warm water to prepare it for about 5 minutes to allow gelatin to absorb water, then give a homogeneous melt.
4) Boil milk  at the medium heat, then sprinkle the gelatin powder. Stir into boiling milk and so it was hot enough
(notice the edge, you will see the bubbles small pot) then reduce heat to minimum temperature.

5) Add the gelatin to dissolve, stir it to a boil again then turn off head and wait until it’s warm.
6) It was a good warm up to remove the debris gelatin or gelatin can be dissolved away for helping that tofu meat is tender tongue.

7) Prepare rectangular tray (dessert tray) size 10 x 10 inches if not you can apply by use a squares bowl.

8) Pour filtered tofu milk into the tray you will see a lot of air bubbles so find a toothpick to put into milk and drag overall of tray. The bubbles make tofu meat not smooth, when eating, rough tongue.

9) Refrigerated it to soak for about 30 minutes as minimum or it’s well-form set.

10) Wait about 45 minutes then prepare a cookie mold, if not you can use a knife or any molds that can make it more appealing shapes.

11) Prepare the tofu milk cups which its size I can’t remember, so must estimate and easy to find them. Also prepare milk and canned fruit salad too.

12) Bright the well-formed tofu milk out of the refrigerator. Use cookie mold to scoop them up and put it in the cups which shapes are a whole lot of flowers, the stars and hearts.
If you don’t have mold as the 10th step you can use knife to cut into small rectangular pieces.

13) Open canned fruit salad and pour into the bowls and stir well.

14) Put the fruit salad into the cup scoop (exclude the syrup), quantity depend on how much you like then pour a yogurt milk to make it fit. Use a small spoon to mix the ingredients together, if not it will get the separate layers.
Cost to made is higher but I guarantee it’s delicious and unique taste !

15) Time to show off » Quite delicious ? :). Then close the lid tightly and refrigerated for at least 1 hours before eating .
The expire date of the yogurt fruit salad, it is easy to count by using the expired date of the milk.
For my recommend it should not exceed 5 days it will not delicious !
This is a healthy snack for dinner but not before 6 pm. and only 1 cup to reduce weight and excellent excretory food

1) How to cook be similar to the fruit salad recipe but focus and more details about healthy.
The sweetened condensed milk is reduced because they do not want to be very sweet.
Add gelatin powder and more than ever, the meat of tofu will be harder because this recipe must have to cut or press them (hard like jelly but soft on the tongue; not bad, taste it).
No additional any savor, it will cover the smell of yogurt.

2) Sour milk; recommend the fruit juices, any brand.

3) Fruit salad which actually do it by yourself but for good hygiene by pay a little additional money.
Because if you do it by yourself;  must careful about cleaning which is not easier, will be rotten.
Use fruit salad canned we do not need time to take care about the cleaning.
