At first, several weeks i’ m not at home. Work & travel on latest trip, which just returned from Phang-Nga, and also go to nearly provinces: Ranong, Phuket, Trang, Krabi and Phatthalung .

Black Crab Fried with Spring Onions – Ingredients
- Black crab which has eggs inside it.
- Shred and separation the black crab, use only 2 crabs for this menu.
- Prepare the garlic and onion for a wait.
- The other ingredients are boiled water / sugar / vegetable oil / white soy sauce

Black Crab Fried with Spring Onions – Directions
1. Heat until it’s have smoke on pan. Then add oil to moderate.
2. Wait for the oil hot, then I will fry the garlic that smell good with gold yellow color
3. Put the shredded black crab down and stir to combine well and pour the boiled water for about 2-3 tablespoons.
4. Stir together and mix it. Then starts all season and have taste for your favorites
5. Add sliced onion into the pan. Stir together well again
6. Then use the lid cover pan. Steam shredded black crab until cooked for 3-5 minutes
7. Open the lid, simmer a few minutes to leak into crabmeat. If dry, add a few water wait until boiled then turn off the gas stove
